How to enable Community Server in Discord? [SOLVED]

Go to the server that you want to view the Audit Logs. You can do this by looking at the servers you're currently in. For this instance, I will be using our test server, GoLinuxCloud Test Server and we will be enabling this as a community server.

Note: Make sure you have the specific role that has access to Server Settings and that can enable community server.

 

Step 2. Go to Server Settings

Click on the Server's name. You will see that a drop down menu will appear. These are the settings that you can change on your server or a server that you manage. Click on "Server Settings".

 

Step 3. Go to Enable Community

Under Community category, click on "Enable Community"

 

Step 4. Get Started

Upon entering the Enable Community tab, click on "Get Started"

 

Step 5. Safety Checks

The first step is to check on Verification Level and Explicit Media Content Filter. Since you will be a community server, this should be a must. Click on "Next".

 

Step 6. Setting up the Basics

The second step is to set up basics. You need to have a Rules and Guidelines Channel and a Community Updates Channel. If you don't have any yet, you can ask Discord to create one for you. Click on "Next".

 

Step 7. Finishing touches

The last step to set your server as a community server is to set the Safety Settings. Click on the check button that you agree and understand the Community Server Guidelines and Community Guidelines then press "Next".
